Hey there if you are the fans that posted comments on Sprint You Suck Give Me My Money....Thanks for taking the time to read my post. I love having fans. But what I don't love is crappy service and companies wasting my time. And that's what Sprint has given me crappy service and wasting my time. You know it took me over 5 hours to get sprint to cancel my account. That was a fun night. It was so cool. and you know what else is fun? Standing in line with the other irate sprint customers at the sprint store. It is the opinion of this blogger that sprint is possibly the worst company to deal with. It seems to me maybe they should spend less money on advertising and more on customer service and retention. But hey who am I? Not a business expert by any means but you know what I am an expert at? Identifying things that annoy me and things that waste my time and things that try to waste my money.....and i have identified sprint as one of those things....
stop treating customers like crap.
and hey anyone got a dollar? I need to get a cup of coffee...
